Bonnie Durkin

 

Bonnie Durkin is the owner and President of D-Vision, Inc. and has been creating original, artistic and informative videos since 1987. Her talents lie in editing, scriptwriting, and establishing the vision for each video that D-Vision creates. Bonnie is a nationally known expert in the field of video production. She has presented seminars on a variety of video related topics to the industry's leading professional organization WEVA International (Wedding and Event Video Association.) She has won several Creative Excellence Awards from WEVA for her Bar/Bat Mitzvah videos, Wedding videos and Concept Videos. For many years, Bonnie was also a Board Member for the New Jersey Videographers Association.

 

Bonnie has a BA degree from Rider University, an MA degree from Montclair State University and post-graduate credits from Rutgers University. Bonnie began her professional career as an educator, and found an outlet for her creativity in the editing suite. Whether in front of a large group or in the confines of her studio, Bonnie is a master story teller. Her enthusiastic approach and her unbounded joy for creating videos have made her a unique video professional.

Richard Patricia

 

Rich, D-Vision’s Master Videographer, Master Videographer, is a graduate of William Paterson University with a B.S. in communication with certification in Television Broadcast Technology. He has worked for CNBC (The Phil Donahue Show and The Geraldo Rivera Show), ESPN, and Rescue 911. He has produced video edited segments for the David Letterman Show. For six years, every summer Rich produced daily segments for RCN's broadcast of the Philadelphia Eagles Training Camp. He has won a Telly Award for his documentary, Strive for Happiness, a film about living with loved ones who suffer from mental illness. His video "The Lehigh Valley's Best Kept Secret" was submitted to become a nominee for an Emmy Award. He is currently employed as a Broadcast Media Arts Instructor (Radio & Television Production) at Warren County Technical School in Washington, NJ.

 

Rich has been involved in wedding videography for over 20 years and exclusively with D-Vision for the last 17 years. His unobtrusive style and artistry with a camera is unparalleled in the video industry.

 

Michael Durkin

 

Michael Durkin is D-Vision's patented sports expert and applies that knowledge when videotaping athletic events. In his spare time, our -"jock Videographer" continues to play golf and umpires all levels of baseball. His knowledge of various sports allows him to anticipate the action and therefore in a smooth and fluid motion can follow the ball: whether the sport is football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse or field hockey. Parents and coaches who have seen the quality of his work are awed by the excitement that his shots create. Michael is also D-Vision's resident expert in 8mm film transfer and media conversion, and diligently insures that family memories can be preserved forever.

 

Eric Durkin

 

Eric Durkin is one of D-Vision’s future CEOs. Currently enrolled at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, majoring in Digital Film and Video Production, Eric has been honing his skills with the video camera since his early teen years. Eric has served as second camera at many D-Vision events and is editing many of his own projects. His sharp eye for detail will ensure his success behind the camera and at the editing desk.

 

 

Kevin Durkin

 

Kevin Durkin is D-Vision’s other future CEO. Kevin recently graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a BS degree in Graphic Design. His artistic talents have allowed D-Vision to expand its horizons, to include a variety of design projects. His mastery of the Adobe Suite, (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illlustrator) is unparalleled for one so young. D-Vision has utilized his services for designing logos, Photo collages, marketing materials and much more. While in high school, Kevin developed his own business, designing t-shirts and posters for many Rock Bands throughout the nation. Over the last several years, Kevin has been collaborating with his twin brother, Eric on a variety of award winning video editing projects.
